Shipment and Delivery Policy
At The WHITEPILLSCURE, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipment and delivery terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship to most locations across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will notify you promptly and issue a full refund (if prepaid).
2. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, local restrictions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, extreme weather). We appreciate your patience in such cases.
4. Order Processing and Tracking

Once your payment is confirmed, the order is processed within 24–48 hours (excluding holidays).

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/email to monitor the delivery status.

5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:

Online Payments: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Mobile Wallets (Amazon Pay, Freecharge, PayZapp, Airtel Payments Bank), and more.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select PIN codes with additional handling fees.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order:

Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to us.

Refunds for prepaid orders (minus shipping & return charges) may be initiated only after the returned item reaches us.
7. Change of Shipping Address
If you wish to update the delivery address after placing an order:

Please notify us within 12 hours of order placement by email.

Address changes are not guaranteed once the order is dispatched.
8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
Please do not accept the package if it appears damaged or tampered with. In such cases:

Immediately inform us via email with photos of the packaging.

We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution within 3 business days.
9. Responsibility After Dispatch
Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier partner’s service levels. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier agencies but will support you in resolving delivery issues.
